Note that for overnight delivery of documents I will need to make arrangements for a local office to accept delivery on my behalf. Please contact me to make those arrangements.
I will return the initial contact message and speak with the parties or their counsel to obtain initial information, confirm mutual acceptance for me to act as a mediator in the matter, to check for possible conflicts, schedule a hearing date, and then forward a mediation agreement to be signed by the parties. Payments should be forwarded by check to the above address. We do not accept credit cards.
