SERVICES AS A MEDIATOR:
I offer my services as a facilitative mediator. Parties may or may not be represented by an attorney if they choose. I do expect all parties to provide a mediation brief two days before the hearing. I also expect all participants to participate in a brief opening session with all other parties and counsel present.

I charge $200.00 per hour for my time with a two hour minimum. I do not charge for travel time to and from any mediation site within Los Angeles County although I will seek reimbursement from the parties for mileage at the current IRS business rates and any room charges for the mediation if the parties do not provide a location. The parties will be charged equally for all the above costs to maintain neutrality in the proceedings.
As for mediations outside of Los Angeles County I charge one way $50.00 per hour travel time to and from the location of the mediation in addition to the aforementioned mileage charge.
I am also willing to conduct further mediation sessions by telephone after an initial in person session with the parties. For that time I will charge you $150.00 per hour billed in tenth of an hour increments.
Once a mediation is set, both parties and their attorneys, if any, will be requested to sign a mediation agreement as well as post the minimum two hour fee within 72 hours before any mediation taking place. I will refund the deposited fee if the case is settled within 24 hours before the scheduled start of the hearing.
